Cancellation Policy

Please be advised of our 24-hour Cancellation/No-Show policy; if your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, 50% of your booked services will be automatically charged to the pre-authorized card provided in your file. Clients are granted a 15 minute grace period and arrivals after 20 minutes will be charged 100% of the service price booked regardless of what services can be achieved in the remaining time.
Please note all pre-paid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be transferred to be used for a different service than what was originally intended.
All sales are final. For any treatments included as free with your other purchases, all paid treatments are rendered before free services, and free services have no refund value. Unused/unrendered treatments may not be transferred to another customer. Should Lase Skin Lounge decide in its sole discretion to provide a refund, it reserves the right to refund for store credit only.
This cancellation policy allows time to inform waitlisted clients of any availability.
Chargebacks All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of your payment method charge placed on the Sites. In the event you pay for products using your payment method and subsequently “charge back” your purchase through your merchant account provider, Laser Skin Lounge reserves the right to terminate all pending orders and transactions immediately, in addition to any and all available remedies at law or in equity. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can be prosecuted. You agree that you will not charge back any amounts charged to your payment method on the Site. If you initiate a chargeback a payment, you agree that we may recover the amount of the charge back, in addition to any amount charged to us by your payment method provider for such charge back, by any means deemed permissible, including but not limited to recharging your payment method or having the amount recovered by a collection agency. If you feel that your payment method was used fraudulently, please contact us for immediate resolution.

Laser Skin Lounge PURCHASE TERMS

The Laser Skin Lounge Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern the terms of sale of any of our products or services to you. In addition, certain of our products and services may be subject to additional sales terms and policies. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Purchase Terms, and additional sales terms and policies applicable to your purchase, as well as the Laser Skin Lounge Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which contain an arbitration provision and a waiver of class-action claims, among other provisions. These Purchase Terms and any additional sales terms and policies applicable to your purchase are Additional Terms, as defined by the Terms.

Offers of Services and Products

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
We reserve the right to limit, prohibit or cancel orders of products or services to any account, in our sole discretion. If we limit or cancel an order we will try, but are not obligated, to contact you per your provided contact information or through your account.
Laser Skin Lounge shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is properly canceled, Laser Skin Lounge will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Laser Skin Lounge’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of Laser Skin Lounge’s offer to sell. Laser Skin Lounge reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If permitted by applicable law, Laser Skin Lounge reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if you purchased a product. Laser Skin Lounge may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Prices & Payment

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify our products and services at any time without prior notice. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error received from its suppliers, Laser Skin Lounge shall have the right, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price.
By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes) to that payment method. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
Treatments offered at Laser Skin Lounge are voluntary, elective procedures and are not covered by public or private insurance plans. Laser Skin Lounge will not submit any claims to any insurance carriers. Patients/Clients are personally responsible for all fees and charges incurred in connection with their purchase.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and any applicable taxes. Laser Skin Lounge may automatically charge and withhold any applicable sales taxes for purchases. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, including on orders shipped to you.
